The Brief

To design an incentive campaign that would motivate independent mobile phone retailers to connect customers to Sony Cellular Services as their preferred service provider.

The Output
A tried and trusted "Points for prizes" initiative that allowed all retail staff to register and earn rewards over a 6 month period.

The campaign materials included:

  • Sales presenter
  • Reward catalogue
  • Reward order forms
  • Registration forms

Support and administration included Access database building and weekly reporting plus a dedicated telephone line for registering participants.
